Mosaic glass and wood, ash wood and aluminum
32 x 60 x 4 in

DESCRIPTION/NOTES
This art work is a contemporary approach to mosaic made from weathered pieces of wood, carved ash wood and glass that tell the story of the wind, sun and frost. Current Conversion suggests water, wind and the forces that move these elements. It is an exploration of human relationship with the physical world. The question arises how have we affected the water’s of the Earth that we rely upon to sustain our lives? Can we create a new narrative that values the part water plays in the great system of our Biosphere.
