I am interested in the places where the natural and human worlds intersect.

My work explores interdependence and our place within the larger living systems that surround us. I work with wood, glass, light, and other materials, allowing their textures, histories, and imperfections to become part of the story.

I choose to examine hard truths while envisioning an optimistic future in which we live with greater respect for each other and the environment around us. By learning to love nature, we can take a step toward a more harmonious relationship with all life.

For me, making art is a way of paying attention, asking questions, following curiosity, and discovering connections that might otherwise remain unseen.
